We would like to inform you about an update to the terms of the Economy Insurance provided by our partner (parcel loss insurance).
Please note that the insurance does not cover the loss or destruction of shipments resulting from war, armed conflicts, acts of terrorism, missile attacks, civil unrest, economic sanctions, airspace closures, disruption of logistics routes, or any other force majeure events.
These exclusions apply to shipments destined for, originating from, or transiting through Ukraine, Israel, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, the Palestinian Territories, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and other high-risk regions.
In all other standard cases involving the total loss of a shipment, the insurance coverage remains in effect under the usual terms.
