Starting from October 1, 2023, Japan Post has discontinued international parcel shipments via the ePacket shipping method for all destinations.
Please take these changes into consideration when preparing parcels after October 1, 2023. The Small Packet shipping method is also unavailable on our platform.
Please use other available shipping methods such as Airmail, Surface Mail, or EMS when creating shipment requests.
