Please review the list of items that our company does not accept for international shipment to any destination. This list is not exhaustive and may be updated periodically.
- Items whose properties may endanger human life or health, or cause damage, contamination, or destruction of other shipments;
- Flammable, explosive, radioactive, toxic, corrosive, and other hazardous substances and materials;
- Weapons, ammunition, their components, and items intended for military, special-purpose, or tactical use;
- Items whose export, import, or transit is prohibited or restricted by the laws of the country of origin, transit, or destination, including ivory products and other goods subject to international restrictions;
- Vehicle wheels, rims, tires, and other oversized automotive parts;
- Narcotics, psychotropic substances, new psychoactive substances, and cannabis products and derivatives;
- Counterfeit goods and pirated copies;
- Magnets, speakers, and acoustic systems of all types;
- Shock absorbers, items containing compressed gas or fuel, aerosols, alcoholic beverages, perfumes, and other goods whose transportation is restricted by carrier rules;
- Antiques, cultural property, and other items whose export is restricted by law;
- Mobile and satellite phones, radio transceivers, telecommunications equipment, and other items that may be subject to export controls, international sanctions, or carrier restrictions;
- Electronic components, microchips, processors, server equipment, industrial electronics, specialised power supplies, transformers, measuring equipment, laser equipment, thermal imaging devices, night vision devices, and other items that may be subject to export controls;
- Unmanned aerial vehicles (drones), their components, and equipment used to control them;
- Dual-use goods and any other items that may be subject to Japanese export controls, international sanctions, or special authorisation requirements.
The company reserves the right to refuse to purchase, accept into its warehouse, or ship internationally any item without providing an explanation if, in the company’s assessment, the item may be subject to export controls, international sanctions, or carrier restrictions, or may create legal, customs, financial, or reputational risks.
